At Distilled Future, each artwork is created especially for you. All prints are produced and shipped using print-on-demand services via Gelato, allowing us to deliver high-quality pieces worldwide while minimizing waste.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Information

All orders are printed on demand and shipped directly from Gelato’s global production facilities.

Production Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed before shipping.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and local delivery services. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference
• Ordering errors made at checkout

All sales are considered final once production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence showing:
– The damaged item
– The packaging it arrived in
– The shipping label (if visible)

Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase and before production begins. Once an item has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
