Where are the artworks made?

All artworks are printed on demand through our trusted production partner, Gelato. This allows us to create each piece specifically for you while reducing waste.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed. Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout where available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement once clear photographic evidence is provided.

What evidence do I need to provide for a damaged item?

Please include:
• A photo of the damaged artwork
• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping label (if visible)

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with our print partner.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.

Are the artworks framed?

Unless otherwise stated, prints are sold unframed. Product pages will clearly indicate what is included.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are produced at the Gelato facility closest to your location whenever possible.
